    Several years ago I became a vegan on the possible chance that the gut biome of MS patients might be affected by diet.

    There were studies showing that MS patients’ biomes are v. different than the general pop’s. I also wondered if it might help reduce inflammation – this is a long shot guess, never seen any paper on it!

    This small study indicates that meat may adversely affect us.

    I’m not being a vegan advocate. Not sure it’s made any difference at all!

    Have you ever considered changing your diet? Or have you already?
