This latest research on vitamin D just reported by our news team is the first I’ve seen showing that taking Vit D may help when you’ve actually got MS.

Previously research indicated it helped to prevent getting MS. As we MS’rs all have a lower vitamin D uptake in our bodies anyway. I’ve been taking vitamin D3 for years just in case. Pretty much like all the plethora of supplements I currently take.

Do you also swallow vitamin D daily? If not, would you now start?
