I got my flu shot. Have you had one?
My wife and I got our flu shots yesterday, as we’ve done for many, many years. Since we’re over 50 we also received the new Shingrex vaccine for shingles.
The American Academy of Neurologists, by the way, has recently revised its guidelines to recommend vaccines for nearly all people with MS. Do you get regular vaccinations?

I am put off by the fact that the flu vaccine contains formaldehyde. I may be old, but I don’t want to be embalmed while I am still alive.
