  I’m stuck on my scooter. What now?

  A recent column of mine tells the tale of the day, recently, when my scooter went dead while I was out “walking” my dog. Anyone here had a similar experience? I’d like to hear about it so that I don’t feel I’m the only one who got into this fix.
