Late afternoon and evening is when I am at my worst. When is your most challenging time of day for pain, fatigue or cognitively? Do you  intentionally arrange your schedule to avoid your worst time of day?

I can only say when my BEST time is, late evenings and during my bedtime, my sleep.

At the end of the day, infact yesterday I was so uncomfortable getting to bed and laying flat was blissfull. My left leg feels like it hasn’t worked in a few years so both legs get jumpy and restless.

Generally the weather and time of day doesn’t really affect me, I have PPMS which never goes away, so schit days can come at any time lol.
