  Metabolite of Gut Bacteria, as Supplement, May Regulate Immune System

  New research about how the gut microbiome of MS patients may be different from the rest of the population has just been reported by our news team.

  This has been something that I’ve wondered about for years!

  Hopefully a new drug will work it’s way to the market. In the meantime I’ve become a vegan, as this seems to lower inflammation, and now drink kombucha instead of milk based kefir.

  If nothing else veganism has dropped my cholesterol levels from 6 to 4 in just a few months!

  Anyone else tried changing their diet to help their microbiome? Do you think it’s helped?
