Metabolite of Gut Bacteria, as Supplement, May Regulate Immune System
This has been something that I’ve wondered about for years!
Hopefully a new drug will work it’s way to the market. In the meantime I’ve become a vegan, as this seems to lower inflammation, and now drink kombucha instead of milk based kefir.
If nothing else veganism has dropped my cholesterol levels from 6 to 4 in just a few months!
Anyone else tried changing their diet to help their microbiome? Do you think it’s helped?
