      Our news team just posted this article about yet another discovery about MS and the macrobiome.

      It would be amazing if that just by just changing the flora of our gut would help us deal with our MS.

      It’s not that difficult – something as simple as probiotic drinks could help. Changing diet – more fruit and veg! Any food that’s been fermented – luckily I really like sauerkraut.

      Anyone else been trying to do this?
