- I’ve had 3 infusions of Ocrevus and find this news congruent with my experience. In fact, I’ve found that it not only preserves but strengthens my upper extremities. My lower extremities, not so much. I will continue to monitor. I would welcome other’s experience on Ocrevus

Hi Carla,
I’m on Lemtrada and my neuro tells me that with it, and Ocrevus, any improvement generally begins with upper extremities and, later, moves lower. Makes sense, since the nerve impulses travel downward from the brain and nerve regeneration would follow the same path.
