  Probiotic Visbiome Will Be Tested in MS Clinical Trial

  Our news department reports on this trial which specifically aims to see if changing our gut flora has any effect on MS.

  I wondered about this a few years ago whilst watching a BBC documentary about the microbiome.

  I now drink kefir [a fermented milk drink rich in microbes] daily – just in case.

  Anybody else trying anything like this?
