BTKi’s are small molecules that selectively block an enzyme that’s important for the activation of B-cells in the immune system and microglia, cells whose job is to protect neurons. Some neurologists and researchers think they might be the next big disease-modifying treatment for MS.

What have you heard about BTKis? Do you think it’s a DMT you might try if it’s approved?
