    Have just spent four hours in the bathroom wrestling with my body.  Even though I’ve got a new device to help my day has basically disappeared.

    I’ve got myriad work things to do [OK, inducing writing this] and enough bureaucracy to be a civil servant in India!

    Do you find that just dealing with your MS is turning into a full time job?
