Vegan – Good Times
Well, this was a turn for the good.
Just before Christmas I decided to try veganism.
This weeks column was about what that meant Xmas was like.
And this very week our news section published an article about research showing that a plant based diet helps lower fatigue.
It might be psychosomatic but have felt that I’ve had more energy. The only fatigue I’ve really felt is after evenings out at work. ThinkĀ my recovery afterwards though has been quicker.
Anyone else a vegan – anyone with this evidence thinking about it?
