Vital Neurological Care Missing During Pandemic, UK Survey Finds
Well, this is an interesting UK report on the effects of COVID-19 on neuro services on MS.
As a native I obviously only have a micro view. But as I had a relapse just after lockdown commenced I am more than happy to report that the NHS/Social Services reaction has been exemplary.
Phone examinations with both my neurologist and local MS Nurse. Have had exercise advice from both an OT and a Neuro Physio [the first does the arms, the other the legs! They don’t even know why this is either!]. The list has been endless.
The government is useless. Locked down two weeks to late. I locked 3 weeks before! 20,000 dead in care homes due to Government incompetence!
Would have struggled for food without a family to forage for me!Am now told it’s relativity safe for me to go out.
In another land where few wear masks and it’s not a legal requirement.
Who do you think I trust? Myself or my governments?
