Coping with the cold
Although heat isn’t good for my MS I think cold weather is worse. Are you under the arctic blast that’s enveloped a large part of the US and Canada? If so, how cold has it been and what are you doing to cope with it?

Ed, we are having snow as I type, here in UK, and this time it is settling, hit our area around 7.pm…I am of course tucked up warm inside…Now as for weather, it is the summers I now cant tolerate…
