This research is a bit late for me!
Went vegan just before Xmas last year. What timing? ‘Lo, on the Very First Vegan Christmas’ – on the merest hint it might reduce inflammation.
Have had a relapse since then but it’s possible I might be worse off.
Would you consider changing diet due to research like this?

Nope, no diet change for me. I’ll be 72 in a little less than two weeks. Maybe I’d think differently if I was 30, but steak and ice cream are two of my life’s greatest joys.
