How do you respond?
I am sure this is a question commonly asked ( from people who know you have MS ) how are you today?…..Well firstly we cant give them a straight answer, as the day hasn’t yet finished. We all know just how unpredictable our MS is, from one minute – one hour to the next, dont we?
Secondly, I often respond with a ” this is MS we are talking about, we dont have good days, we only better days…” then I will follow up as to whether I think this will be one of them…

Another answer I often will give, depending on who is asking the question is…” oh, I am so so “…often with a shrug of the shoulders…of course this leaves them rather speechless and baffled as they have no clue as to what is her usual so so day…

Great question, and your answers are perfect!
When someone asks me, I usually just say good. Seriously, that is it, unless they persist. Otherwise, once I get started, they could get more than they ask for:)
