Well the news is that we at Multiple Sclerosis News Today don’t have a Podcast. I was just wondering if we did what would form would you like it to take? This is where you can chip in with ideas.
The idea isn’t generated by me – but it seems to be in the air of our parent company, Bionews. I’d been writing here for a year before I realized how big an entity it is. It runs something like 60 different ‘Communities’ aimed at patients and caregivers. Three of which have just started their own podcasts.
I don’t know the size of the world MS Community – but one source puts it at over 2 million There are 1 million in the US alone. And because of new MS Forum member Ela I now know there are 72,000 in Iran. I also now know that Iran isn’t a warm country!
So that’s a vast audience.
As the lingua franca of our times is English it would have to be in that. 2000 years ago it would be in Latin. They had running water, concrete and a military industrial complex. No internet though – shame.
