  This Could Be the Last Time

  My column this week is a trifle down beat – apologies.

  When I wrote it on Wednesday I’d had a succession of awful days and was somewhat reflective.

  This morning felt a lot better & managed to get out of bed on my own.

  Even a small victory can cheer me up.
