Unlocking the ‘gut microbiome’. Significance to Our Health
This is not a ‘Treatment or a Trial’ but it’s a compressive article in the UK Guardian about something that I’ve been banging on about for years.

Again nothing is solidly proven yet but an article in Stat says, “Gut germs play role in multiple sclerosis‘, studies show. Are probiotics for MS next?” I tried probiotic drinks for a while, then discovered the wonderful world of kefir, which is a fermented milk that is many times stronger. You get billions of more microbes for your buck! Anything fermented is good for us! With my Austrian heritage (my mother’s side), I can now have sauerkraut in the house without getting voluminous complaints’.Extract from col of mine ‘Do Supplements Add Up?’ Feb 2018.
I’m drinking a probiotic right now. Anyone else giving it a go?
