Mayzent (siponimod) was approved yesterday by the US Food and Drug Administration. It becomes the only disease-modifying therapy currently approved in the States for treatment of active secondary progressive MS. Some people with SPMS say they’re anxious to try it.

I have been on Mayzent for SPMS for a week now. So far so good. It’s much easier than Ocreveus and the drug is shipped to you.
