Hi all,
A warm hello to you all and a big thanks to both the creators of this forum and the overall MSNewsToday team.
I am in my mid 30s, married, no kids working full time with numbers and data. Sportive and 7th art lover. Dx came in 2015 as RRMS but the “strange things” were there for many years prior to that. Taking Tecfidera after a bad experience with Copaxone. Vitamine D, melatonin, sports and my relentless and amazing wife are my supplements to help the fight against this big bug called MS.

Hi H,
I wrote this column a couple of years ago about the supplements I take.
Since then research indicates that St.John’s Wort might be helpful to inflammation in MS I’ve added that.
