    Do you know what a pseudo exacerbation is?

    A pseudo exacerbation  is brought on by external triggers. The other type of exacerbation is  caused  by lesions on the brain and spinal cord.  What types of exacerbations have you experienced?

    Your lack of energy is probably a combination of both and MS and winter blues, mine is!
