Poss Double Good News
Not only is there a drug [ibudilast (MN-166)] in testing that reduces MS inflammation. There’s now a non-invasive optical [optical coherence tomography (OCT)] method to measure it it! It may even be triple good news as it works on progressive MS.

I’ve only just discovered this site again and as a SPMS sufferer of 15 years, this and any other developments for progressives is of great interest, Trouble is I’m now 74 and feel that time is running out – fast!!!

I’m 63 & already feel like that!
But this one is being tested on humans & can be measured directly on us rather than mice!!
It maybe something.

It’s rare to find someone older than me here. I’m 72 and was DXed 40 years ago. Time may be running but I’ve got a scooter to try to stay ahead of it!
