Tysabri
I am approaching #97th infusion of Tysabri. Last month my Dr. changed my schedule from every 4 weeks to 6 weeks.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Welcome to the MS forums!You have been on Tysabri approx 8 years? That seems like a long time on the same drug, maybe that is the reason for the Doctors change? Did you notice any difference being on it, has it helped slow progression?

Yes. When my JCV titer level reached a certain point my neuro switched me from every 4 weeks to every 8 weeks. Research shows that reducing the infusion frequency lowers the likelihood of a PML infection. I wrote something about that a few months ago.
