Judy Graham’s approach sounds interesting I will check it out! Thanks! I agree with what you’re saying Jackie about so many supplements. I had a neurologist tell me one time that supplements can carry their own side effects and you can overdo them . It’s hard to know what is best!

My Doctor really recommends D3 for my MS. I take 5000 IU daily and I am checking into taking vitamin K2. It’s supposed to help the vitamin D3 absorb better.
And, YW Jackie! Lol

MemberApril 1, 2019 at 3:01 pm in reply to: Do you believe your mood can affect your health? That may be true Jackie. For me, I have a lot of triggers that set off my symptoms. I know if I get down my symptoms seem worse. I try to stay positive to steer clear of any issues. I just wondered if anybody else has noticed their moods affect their symptoms?

Wow, that’s cool I love Cat Stevens! He has so many amazing songs, his voice is so soothing. I am sure that it was comforting to hear him. It is so awesome he showed his love and support that way!

Yes, I should have mentioned it’s super easy to fold, and can slide in behind the front seat. There’s a pull handle on the walker seat. Just pull up and it folds.
