Thanks for sharing your story! I feel that MS didn’t change my shy personality. But, I do believe that MS does affect my anxiety, patience and irritability. It makes sense, to me, that it would be MS, since the disease is wearing on our nerves.

It has been unusual weather here in Oregon as well Micki. It has been abnormally cold and we had over 12 inches snow here just couple weeks ago. We don’t usually get much snow. And then today is supposed to be 75° ! I agree the weather does play a part in how we feel!

It helps me to stay positive if I realize I can still do certain things. Thanks for sharing your positives! I like that you try to carry on like you don’t have MS. I think that is positive thinking!

Also, Not eating foods with water, such as, lettuce or fruits late afternoon or evening’s. I have a cannabis edible later in the day when I have the most pain and it also helps me to sleep.
