Kaite Belmont

Kaite is a writer and communications professional living in New Jersey. After being diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis in April 2023, talking to others living with MS and learning about their journeys helped her feel understood and not so alone. She hopes to help others with MS by sharing her experiences and empowering them to advocate for themselves.
