Dawn Morgan

Dawn Morgan is a patient research partner, educator, and national advocate for women’s health in multiple sclerosis (MS) who continues to find pivotal resources at Can Do MS. She chairs the iConquerMS Women’s Health Research Committee, leading patient-driven studies on menopause, aging, and quality of life. Her work connects lived experience with science to address care gaps and help people live meaningful lives with MS.
