MS Head Start is a video series hosted by multiple sclerosis (MS) advocate Damian Washington, designed to help people newly diagnosed with MS through the first steps of their journey. Follow along with Damian as he discusses different aspects of MS management and daily life in each video.

In our companion article, columnist Jenn Powell reflects on the balance she’s been able to achieve by caring for her entire self — mind, body, and spirit. Through meditation in particular, she has been able to better manage her MS pain and stress.
