Thank you so much, Susan. So I’m Marla Avila, I’m the neurologist and MS specialist and the director of the Comprehensive Care MS Center here in Lubbock, Texas. Let me tell you how excited we are about hosting this video series on MS. We’re going to be talking about topics like symptoms, gut health, mental health, and diet. We’re going to be bringing our own experiences as functional medicine doctor and a neurologist, and we’re also going to be talking about therapies on the horizon for MS.

Susan Payrovi, MD
And we’ll talk about top-of-mind topics for those of us living with MS, like finding your new normal after diagnosis, navigating relationships and finances, and how to put together a rock star healthcare team, and how to advocate for yourself so you can really get the best healthcare possible.

Mirla Avila, MD
Let’s not forget about the power of community. You’re going to be able to share your own experiences, also give us some tips that have worked for you. We’re going to be answering your burning questions, and we’re also going to have special guests invited to the show,

Susan Payrovi, MD
So as two physicians and a patient, we’re going to give you practical advice and straight talk so that you can get tough on your MS. Please be sure to join us and share this with anyone else that will benefit.
